The current frontend uses typed mock data for restaurants, bookings, guest account previews, Pass benefits, rewards, lunch deals and evening plans. Favorites are stored locally in the browser. Contact forms and partner lead forms show inline mock confirmations and do not send data to a server.
Future data categories to document
- Account details such as name, email, phone and guest preferences.
- Booking requests, restaurant selections, party size, dates, times and guest notes.
- Favorites, saved restaurants and browsing preferences.
- Rewards, points, cashback, stamp cards and booking gifts.
- RestoGo Pass QR scans and benefit redemption activity.
- Contact forms, restaurant partner inquiries and support messages.
- Cookies, consent records, analytics events and marketing preferences if added later.
Future operational topics
Before launch, the final policy should explain legal bases, retention periods, processors, international transfers, security practices, user rights, support contacts and how guests can request access, correction or deletion of personal data.
